Terrifying Fantastic Kills situation arrives to end: He admits stalking woman, hitting her mother and father with car or truck

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Fantastic Kills guy who law enforcement explained turned his car into a weapon and hit the parents of a young female he was following, has pleaded responsible to assault and stalking prices.

Richard Savino, 56, was arrested shortly immediately after the Sept. 12, 2019 incident, claimed law enforcement.
