Prince Andrew of Britain was served with a lawsuit filed by an American lady who accuses him of having sexual intercourse with her when she was underage, through the same time she also was becoming abused by his good friend Jeffrey Epstein, a new court docket filing unveiled Friday.

Andrew, who is the Duke of York, was served with the civil go well with filed by Virginia Giuffre on Aug. 27 in England, in accordance to that submitting in Manhattan federal courtroom.

Maxwell is thanks to go on demo in Manhattan federal court docket in November on charges that she recruited underage women to be abused by Epstein.
