Letecia Stauch refuses to go to scheduled regulation library time she initially requested

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. — According to court docket files, Letecia Stauch has refused to show up at her scheduled law library time and has requested to be removed from the law library list at the El Paso County Legal Justice Middle.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Place of work filed the notice to the court April 19, which states that she will no more time have obtain to the law library for 90 times as of April 8.

According to the filing, Stauch had filled out a Regulation Library Request Variety on March 5 and signed a copy of the El Paso County Felony Justice Center’s Regulation Library Guidelines soon after she chose to symbolize herself in court docket for the murder of Gannon Stauch.

The guidelines state that Stauch will not pick the time that she can go to the legislation library and refusal to go to the law library will lead to removing from the legislation library record for 90 days.
